Delivery will be via Royal Mail unless otherwise indicated. For orders placed by 1pm on any day Mon – Fri, where items are in stock, delivery will be by Special Delivery and should be with you the following day. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. Delivery is charged at £5 for orders of less than £200. Some areas of the UK, mainly in the Highlands and Islands, are not offered a next day service by Royal Mail. In such circumstances, delivery shall be on the earliest possible day thereafter. Orders received after 20 December are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas. In such circumstances please telephone 0131 225 4898 as we may be able to arrange an alternative.
Overseas Delivery
Delivery to overseas addresses will be by the most cost-effective secure method available. Overseas deliveries to EU countries and the USA should arrive within 3 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world should arrive within 7 working days. Delivery to overseas addresses is charged at £15 for all orders.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Delivery charges are not refundable where the item is returned because it is not wanted and will only be refunded in the extremely unlikely event that the wrong item has been sent.
