OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Hamilton & Inches is a service-oriented, traditional jeweller with a modern outlook and caring, helpful staff. We are recognised as one of the UK’s leading luxury retailers of jewellery, watches, silver and luxury goods with stores on George Street, Edinburgh and on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, London. Customer service is our number one priority. Hamilton & Inches have a dedicated Repairs and Valuations department in the back of the Edinburgh store. This purpose-built space brings the two functions of repairs management and valuation into one room, enabling us to deliver an even better service in both areas. Like a watch service, jewellery needs occasional servicing and regular cleaning – maintaining claw tips, stone mounts, ring shanks and clasps is essential. As always, our resident jewellers and silversmiths are on hand to care for your jewellery and silver long after you have purchased it. The Repairs Department is available during normal shop hours.
