Holyrood Palace Cuff

Holyrood Palace Cuff

The Scottish Gold Collection Premiere Pieces:

Holyrood Palace Cuff

The Holyrood Palace Cuff perpetuates the tradition of statement cuffs worn as armour and jewellery throughout history, denoting strength, power and beauty.

Its elegant lines allude to Renaissance Fleur-de-lys symbols of the Auld Alliance between France and Scotland, forged at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh. Emerald and pear-cut tourmalines accentuate the drama. Above all, the spectacular expanse of hammered 22ct Scottish Gold showcases its lustrous sunset glow and exquisite beauty.

Inspired by Scotland

Our passion for handcrafted perfection positions us as an unparalleled fine jewellery house.

Inspiration for the Scottish Gold Collection was derived from our rich craft heritage and two icons of style, whose tastes continue to influence fashion to this day... Mary Queen of Scots and Queen Victoria.

Mary Queen of Scots was a significant influence on the design of the Scottish Gold Collection. Famous for tragedy in her life and death and renowned for her Renaissance style, Mary remains an emblem of Scotland. Over her lifetime, she acquired a magnificent jewellery collection, much of it reflecting her French and Catholic upbringing. Many elements of the Scottish Gold Collection are inspired by her taste and symbols found in the windows and woodwork of grand old Scottish Houses.

The Scottish Gold Collection is a fresh, modern interpretation of historic style ensuring a timeless feel. It signifies that the gold precedes us all, is a contemporary treasure and will be enjoyed as heirlooms in the future.

Gold, like true love, endures and transcends time.
